How does it affect me?
Students with a passion for leadership learn and grow in their leadership skills. Youth leaders invest in the future of the Kingdom through family group leadership at the Summit. Leadership Summit provides opportunity to

- Grow in relationships
- Commit to be authentic
- Learn to be prepared
Who should apply?
High school and college age students who have strong demonstrable leadership qualities, and youth leaders and workers who would like to facilitate a family group at the Summit.
What are the costs involved to attend?
The Leadership Summit experience is very affordable. The registration fee is $285. This fee includes a $50 nonrefundable depost for students and a $75 nonrefundable deposit for adults.
If I am an adult leader, will I be assigned delegates from my church group?
No, nor will you have time to supervise those persons. Part of the dynamic we want to create is interaction with new people. Small family groups are one avenue for that.
How will I know if I am chosen?
After a review of all applications and referrals, applicants will be notified via email that they have, or have not been chosen.
How can I raise the money to pay for the trip?
Be creative! Invite friends and family to support you, explaining what you are doing and why; connect with your church missions committee or youth leaders, etc.
What about food?
Meals will be provided during the Summit schedule. Any meals before or after the Summit are your responsibility.
I'm in college. Can I still go?
Yes! College age students are vital participants in the summit. If you are passionate about taking part in opportunities to develop your gift of leadership, we encourage you to apply.
