The Great Commandments are the heart of our ministries; the Great Commission is our ministry. We are called to love God with all our total being and to love our neighbor with the same care we love ourselves. We do not invent the message or the mission of the church. Neither of these is a choice—they are both commands, commands from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Church of God Ministries and its transformational partners desire that all who travel under the banner of the Church of God reformation movement will understand that this transformational value—revitalizing the Great Commission—requires discipleship. Discipleship is about assisting persons to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Discipleship is about local congregations becoming discipling centers. Discipleship is about the global work of the church focused on developing networks, resources, and centers around the world to help men and women everywhere to follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
